As Dilmen Translation Services, we minimize the risks of confidential information with ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, which helps our customers protect their financial data, intellectual property and sensitive customer information. Dilmen Translation Services employees protect all documents and information they obtain during the translation process within a complete confidentiality policy. Our basic principle is not to share any information and documents obtained within this scope with third parties.

In this context, our company only works with Dilmen Translation Services translators who have signed a confidentiality agreement and act accordingly.

In order to protect confidentiality, all documents and information are returned or destroyed after the translation process if requested by our clients. Your documents stored in the database of Dilmen Translation Services are encrypted and kept for 6 months. Unless specifically requested by our clients, all information is deleted at the end of the 6-month period for information security reasons.
